There is a DIP case package that contains the instrumentation amplifiers. 8 pins are located on the operational amplifiers. The input offset voltage is 400μV. The buffer amplifier is capable of operating from a supply current of 4.6mA . It is recommended to keep the voltage gain at 106.85dB at all times. This op amp contains 1 circuits.
