NUP1301 Overview
A maximum reverse leakage current of 35 µA volts is produced by this device.As an unwanted derivative of its primary action, this electronic or electrical device produces 250 mW heat.The least amount of 250 mW heat is generated by electronic or electrical devices (loss of energy).A value of 750 fF can be delivered by the device depending on its capacitance.A diode's breakdown voltage defines the maximum reverse voltage that can be applied without causing an exponential increase in the leakage current, and its breakdown voltage is 100 V.
