NSBMC096 132-BQFP Bumpered Tray 5V 132 Terminals

NSBMC096VF-25 Overview

The product is packaged with materials from Tray. For the sake of saving board space, it has been placed in the 132-BQFP Bumpered. Known for its high quality and reliable performance, it is a type of Dynamic RAM (DRAM). 0°C~70°C should be set as the operating temperature.
