NPH8007DH Overview
As a convenience, the transducer is included in package 8-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width). Reliable performance is ensured by setting the transducer temperature to -40°C ~ 125°C (TA). With a voltage supply of 2.7V ~ 3.6V, the transducers can function properly. The transducers can operate at a temperature of 125 °C. An operating temperature lower than -40 °C is not allowed for the transducers. Transducers working with 1.5 mA supply current can function normally. In order for it to work, the voltage released by the transducers must be 100 mV.
