48-LCC packages are used for the safety protection of the image sensors. Image sensors should output 1.8V~3.3V. The Tray will protect these image sensors. The dynamic range of the image sensor should be 60 dB. Image sensors have 1/3.6 inch optical formats, as specified. A 48 pin image sensor is used.
