NN30501A-VB Overview


This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad package for the purpose of space saving. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 2 outputs. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 800kHz 600kHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 4.5V. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.6V 0.75V. The output current of 6A makes dc to dc voltage regulator feature maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulator has an input voltage (Max) of 24V. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage is maintain at 5.5V. 32 pins are used for switching regulator operation. The output voltage for this switching regulator should be kept at 750mV at least. Voltage regulator's maximal output current reaches 6A A to meet the operation requirements. DC DC switching regulator is able to operate in an easy way on the basis of the maximal output voltage of 5.5V 28V. It provides the adjusting voltage regulator's maximal output voltage of 28V. This DC-DC switching regulator operates from a supply voltage of 24V. The high-limit maximum operating temperature 85°C allows harley voltage regulator stable operation. It operates with the minimum operating temperature of -40°C to ensure harley voltage regulator's reliability. It supports a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.5V. This DC-DC switching regulator is designed to sustain a 24V input voltage at its maxium.
