NLVHCT541ADWR2G Overview
The 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package is neat. In order to package this voltage buffer, the Tape & Reel (TR) external package is used. There is a Surface Mount mount version of this digital buffer available for purchase. Buffer, Non-Inverting logic integrated circuits have a wide range of applications, including this one. A supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V is applied to this network transceiver to supply it with power. Buffers such as this one are designed to operate at temperatures as high as -55°C~125°C TA. In both the high and low logic states, it outputs 6mA 6mA. Digital buffer is capable of handling 3-State outputs. We use all 1 elements. One of the Automotive, AEC-Q100, 74VHCT series network transceivers. Each element uses 8 bits. With the TTL input technology, this electronic component provides more versatility in application applications.
