NLVACT541DWR2G Overview
There is a neat 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package used in buffer. A Tape & Reel (TR) external packaging is used for this buffer. The external packaging used in this logic IC is the Surface Mount external packaging. This is a typical Buffer, Non-Inverting logic integrated circuit with a wide range of applications. There's a 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage for this logic IC. This automotive buffer is capable of working through -40°C~85°C TA. This buffer IC has a 24mA 24mA high and low logic state output current.
