NJW4814MLE-TE1 Overview
In order to package H bridge, Tape & Reel (TR) is used.H bridge is included in the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad package as a cost-saving measure.Based on the supply voltage of 2.7V~5.5V, improved reliabilbridge drivery can be ensured.H bridge circuit is put into place in the way of Surface Mount.Motor driver H bridge is possible for -40°C~150°C TJ to operate normally at motor driver H bridges operating temperature.There are lots of uses for H bridge motor driver, including General Purpose.
