NJW4128GM1-B-TE2 Overview
optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package in this voltage regulator. The space-saving 8-SOIC (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 300kHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.5V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 5.5A output current of voltage regulator. There is a maximum input voltage of 40V for this voltage regulator 12v. By using the 40V's maximal output voltage, adjusting voltage regulator can operate easily.
