NCP81380MNTXG Overview
There are a total of 1 outputs supported by the voltage regulator. The rectifier regulator is packaged in 28-PowerTFQFN for ease of transportation. In Tape & Reel (TR) package, ready for shipping. Surface Mount Universal mount allows for easy adaptation. The shunt regulator is intended for use in applications such as High Current DC-DC Buck Power Conversion and others. It is recommended that the operating temperature be set to -40°C~125°C TA in order to prevent malfunctions. The input voltage for this external regulator is designed to be 4.5V~5.5V.
