NCP81105MNTXG Description


NCP81105MNTXG is a type of DrMOS supporting controller with an SVID interface, which is optimized for Intel? VR12.5 & VR12.6 compatible CPUs. Accurately regulated power is offered for both Desktop and Notebook CPU applications based on the combination of true differential voltage sensing, differential inductor DCR current sensing, input voltage feed?forward, and adaptive voltage positioning. The fastest initial response to dynamic load events and reduced system cost can be achieved based on Dual?Edge pulse?width modulation (PWM).
