N80960SA-20 Overview
The embedded microprocessor has been packed in PLCC for convenient overseas shipping. Using advanced packaging techniques Bulk, high reliability is ensured. uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type is MICROPROCESSOR, RISC. Overall, there are 84 terminations. The microprocessor should be turned on and run with a voltage supply of 5V volts. This microprocessor has an architecture of 32 bits. 20MHz Hz is the frequency at which the CPU operates. To learn about the functions of the pins 68 please refer to their datasheets. Its external data bus width is 16. An environment with temperatures higher than 85°C should not be used for the CPU microprocessor. Micro processor body consists of 84 pins. There are many applications that use the CPU with Surface Mount mounted. In order to function, the embedded microprocessor must be set to 5V. The datasheet specifies that this CPU microprocessor requires 5V power supply. 5V is the CPU core voltage. The CPU can only be powered by voltages up to 340mA. normal operation of the microprocessor should not require the device to be powered by a voltage higher than 5.25V. A voltage of 4.75V is recommended for feeding the embedded microprocessor. This embedded microprocessor includes additional features such as: OPTEMP SPECIFIED AS TC; REGISTER SCOREBOARDING; 20 MIPS MAX; 7.5 MIPS SUSTAINED; BURST BUS. To deal with hardware interrupts, 4 external interrupt terminations occur.
