A supply voltage of 2.7V~3.6V can be applied to it. During the rotation of the clock, the ic memory chip is set as 108MHz. This memory runs on an 3V operating supply voltage. There must be at least an -40°C operating temperature for this device. The part should not be operated at temperatures above 85°C degrees Celsius as otherwise, the part may be damaged due to the excessive amount of heat. As a result of the frequency of this memory chip, data can be processed at a rate of 108MHz. It should be noted that the chip works well at voltages greater than 2.7V volts.
