MX29GL128EUXFI-11G Overview
The case comes in the Tray style. The chip contains 64 terminations. As many as 1 functions are supported for comprehensive working. An 3V supply is required for this ic memory chip to operate properly. The memory device has 64 pins, which means that it has 64 memory locations, which indicates it is an 64-bit device. This memory runs on an 3.6V operating supply voltage. The power supply needed for this memory chip is only 1.8/3.33/3.3V . This device can be operated from a maximum supply current of 0.1mA under ideal conditions. 3V programming voltage is required to change the state of certain nonvolatile memory arrays. It is important to keep in mind that this memory has 128 specific sized divisions in total. In this chip, there is a memory IC of type FLASH. Whenever the temperature exceeds 85°C, it should not be used. There is a requirement for the part to operate at a temperature of -40°C instead of anything else. It's what we call a NOR TYPE.
