MX25U25645GBFI00 Description
The internal configuration of the 256Mb Serial NOR Flash memory MX25U25645G is 33,554,432 x 8. The structure becomes 134,217,728 bits x 2 or 67,108,864 bits x 4 when it is in two or four I/O mode, respectively. When in single I/O mode, the MX25U25645G has a serial peripheral interface and software protocol that enable operation on a straightforward 3-wire bus. A clock input (SCLK), a serial data input (SI), and a serial data output (SDA) are the three bus signals (SO).
The CS# input on the gadget enables serial access.
For address/dummy bit input and data output while it is in two I/O read mode, the SI pin and SO pin change to SIO0 pin and SIO1 pin.
