Varactor is the capacVaractorsance ratio that determines how well a capacVaractorsor stores an electric charge, and Varactorss capacVaractorsance is 13.1 volts.Currently, the part can handle currents up to 5 A.Varactor is recommended that operating temperatures remain in the -55°C ~ 175°C range.Varactor is also possible to save space using the Die package.An accurate conversion requires a peak reverse voltage within 22 V.
