MTAPD-07-007 Overview
In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Strip. It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in 6-LCC packages for safety purposes. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse- bias mode continuously, their maximum voltage is 200V. It is important that the reverse-bias voltage of the photodiodes do not exceed 200V continuously. A photodiode conducts 500pA current without light input.
