MT9P401I12STC-DR Overview
It is recommended that the image sensor has a dynamic range of 70.1 dB. A 1/2.5 inch optical format is specified for the image sensor. Image sensors can supply a maximum voltage of 1.9V. However, image sensors should supply a voltage of 1.7V at minimum. If image sensors are to function properly, the temperature should not exceed 70°C. The temperature of these electronic parts should be higher than -30°C. When used, image sensors can carry up to 80mA of current.
