MT25QL128ABB1EW7-CAUT developed by Infineon Technologies is a type of Micron serial NOR Flash memory supporting asynchronous random read and page read from all blocks of the array. The uniform blocks divided from the main memory array can be erased independently, ensuring that valid data can be preserved while old data is purged. The process of programming or erasing the memory can be simplified by an on-chip program/erase controller as a result of taking care of all special operations required to update the memory contents.
