MRF89XA-I/MQ Overview
As a result of RF transceiver IC's 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad package, it helps to save board space on the board. We are using Surface Mount as the RF transceiver's mounting method.With transceiver RF's high efficiency, transceiver RF emerges as a TxRx Only.Using advanced packaging techniques Tray, high reliability is ensured.On this transceiver RF circuit board, there are 32 pins.Using the MRF89XA search parameter, you can discover variants of the transceiver.The transceiver is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis.I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this RF transceiver should be at least 2.1 V.The RF transceiver comes from the well-known -- series.Using the frequency of 863MHz~870MHz 902MHz~928MHz 950MHz~960MHz, RF transceiver operates .
