MPQ4323GDE-AEC1-Z Overview
The space-saving QFN-12 package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 Output outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount, Wettable Flank bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C ~ 150°C (TJ). This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 350kHz ~ 2.5MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 3.3V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 3A output current of voltage regulator. There is a maximum input voltage of 36V for this voltage regulator 12v. A voltage of 42 V volts can be generated by DC DC switching regulator. By using the 34.2V's maximal output voltage, adjusting voltage regulator can operate easily. In the MPQ4323 family, this part palys an important role in DC DC switching regulator's traget applications. External factors have no impact on DC DC switching regulator's ability to consume 1 uA A of quiescent current. By using 350 kHz to 2.5 MHz adjusting voltage regulator's switching frequency, reliability can be improved. Normally, 3 A of DC DC switching regulator current are output.
