MPC8572VTARLE Overview


The embedded microprocessor has been packed in FCBGA for convenient overseas shipping. Using advanced packaging techniques Bulk, high reliability is ensured. 1.067GHz Hz is the frequency at which the CPU operates. To learn about the functions of the pins 1023 please refer to their datasheets. Generally, data transfer takes place at a rate of 32b bandwidth. An environment with temperatures higher than 105°C should not be used for the CPU microprocessor. In this case, we have a CPU with only 2 core. There are many applications that use the CPU with Surface Mount mounted. CPU frequency will reach 1.067GHz at the top. In order to function, the embedded microprocessor must be set to 1.1V. A 32kB amount of RAM (Random-Access Memory) is designed. normal operation of the microprocessor should not require the device to be powered by a voltage higher than 1.155V. A voltage of 1.045V is recommended for feeding the embedded microprocessor. A CPU has memory sized 64kB.
