MPC8572LVTATLE Overview
Since the microprocessor is packed in FCBGA, shipping overseas is convenient. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging methods Bulk. A CPU operates at a frequency of 1.2GHz. Detailed functions for 1023 pins can be found in the datasheets. For data transfer, there is 32b bandwidth available. Temperatures above 105°C should not be used with the microprocessor.
