MPC8544AVTANGA Overview
The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in FCBGA. 800MHz is the frequency of the CPU. 783 pin functions are described in the datasheets. Data transfer has 32b bandwidths. Temperatures above 105°C should not allow the embedded microprocessor to operate. There is only 1 core in this processor. Ideally, the CPU will operate at 800MHz MHz. Micro processors can be used from 1V. Its memory size is 32kB.
