The microprocessor is conveniently packaged in FCBGA, making it easy to ship internationally. For functions of 783 pins, please refer to the datasheets. Data can be transferred over 32b bandwidths. Temperatures above 90°C are not suitable for operating the microprocessor. 1.5GHz is expected to be the top frequency of the CPU. From 3.3V, the micro processor can be used.
