MP8794GLE-Z Overview
As a result of the use of the Reel package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. Space-saving QFN-21 packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. There are 1 Output outputs configured on the voltage regulator. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable outputs through their output pins. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C ~ 125°C (TJ) when operating. 600kHz, 800kHz, 1MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.6V volts. Featuring a maximum design flexibility of 20A, dc to dc voltage regulator has a maximum output current of 20A. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 16V. Voltage of voltage regulator can be delivered at 600 mV to 5.5 V volts. 5.5V's maximal output voltage allows adjusting voltage regulator to operate easily. A type of DC-DC switching regulator, belonging to the MP8794 family of voltage regulators, is what we are describing here. External factors do not affect voltage regulator's consumption of 650 uA A of quiescent current. With 600 kHz, 800 kHz, 1 MHz voltage regulator's switching frequency, improved reliability can be achieved.
