Cut Tape (CT) cases are used for delivery. The Liner regulator IC is packaged in SOT-23-5 case. On the Linear IC itself, there are 5 terminations. There is one type of regulator for this device, which is ADJUSTABLE POSITIVE SINGLE OUTPUT STANDARD REGULATOR. You should use the regulator IC when the temperature is below 85°C.
