An RF Amplifier with a cost-effective RF/Microwave device type of NARROW BAND MEDIUM POWER.A RF type of LTE, PCS, TD-SCDMA, UMTS is provided by the RF amplifier.Using advanced packaging techniques Tape & Reel (TR), high reliability is ensured.The RF power Amplifier has been packed in 12-VFQFN Exposed Pad for convenient overseas shipping.You should mount Amplifiers RF in the way of Surface Mount.5V voltage is available from the Amplifiers RF.1 functions are available in total for the RF Amplifier.There is a supply RF Amplifiers' current called 70mA that is used to operate it.A variety of functions can be performed on 12 terminations.
