MLX90640ESF-BAA-000-TU Overview
Safety protection is provided by putting the image sensors in TO-205AD, TO-39-3 Metal Can packages. 2.9V~3.6V is the voltage that should be supplied by the image sensors. In order to protect the image sensors, we'll pack them in the Bulk. Image sensors are capable of supplying only 3.6V voltage. lmage sensors should, however, provide 3V voltage as a minimum.
