MLX90614ESF-BCF-000-SP Overview
As a safety precaution, these analog sensors are packaged inside the Bulk. To protect the analog sensors, they're put in TO-205AD, TO-39-4 Modified Metal Can packages. Using 85°C for the maximum operating temperature of analog sensors is possible. To make sure that this sensor works, it should not run below -40°C.
