MLX90367EGO-ABU-090-SP Overview
To protect the linear position measuring sensors from damage, they are packaged in 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) packages. The Tube package contains this electronic component. For the angle position measuring sensors to function normally, the minimum operating temperature can be set to -40°C. Angle position measuring sensors, however, cannot operate above 85°C.
