MIC7400YFL-T5 Overview


It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT, it is a POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT-type voltage regulator. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 36-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. A total of 6 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Programmable output generated. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. -40°C~125°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 2MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2.4V as an input voltage. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1.05V 1.1V 1.25V 1.8V 12V. DC DC switching regulator's 200mA, 3A output current allows for maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 5.5V. With its peak reflow temperature of 260, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible. The regulator voltage is included in the PMIC - Power Management ICs subcategory of voltage regulators. In this case, the DC/DC regulator belongs to the family MIC7400. In order to use this voltage regulator 12v at its full potential, the output voltage should be kept at at least 12V. On the basis of --'s maximal output voltage, DC DC switching regulator can be operated easily. Known as a switching DC-DC regulator, this voltage regulator belongs to the HyperLight Load® family. 125 °C allows switching regulator's stable operation at a high limit of maximum operating temperature.
