MIC5313-GGYMT-TR Overview


The package is delivered in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. In order to package the IC voltage regulator, a 10-UFDFN, 10-TMLF® case is used. This IC Regulator has a type of output called Fixed. There are 2 regulators implemented in this electroic component. Surface Mount can be adjusted in the Linear IC in order to vary the temperature range over which Linear Regulator operates. The IC voltage regulator must be maintained at -40°C~125°C degrees for it to function. As you can see, this regulator's output function is configured to be Positive. At present, it can produce an output of up to 300mA, 300mA. As you can see, the regulator IC has a total of 10 pins. The regulator has a total of 2 outputs to make sure that it delivers prompt, sufficient outputs. A dropout voltage of 10 volts is what makes it a dropout voltage. Depending on the chip, 10 pins may be available. For your information, part number MIC5313 is the basic part number for this voltage regulator IC. There is a maximum output current of 300mA for this regulator to meet the operational requirements. The -- Series is a series of products made by D-Link. As a general rule, it is recommended that you use the IC voltage regulator when temperatures are below 125°C degrees Celsius. At the lowest operating temperature that can be reached by the chip, it is -40°C.
