MIC5283-3.3YML-T5 Overview


The package is delivered in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. In order to package the IC voltage regulator, a 8-VDFN Exposed Pad, 8-MLF® case is used. On the Voltage regulator IC, there are 8 terminations that can be connected. This IC Regulator has a type of output called Fixed. There are 1 regulators implemented in this electroic component. Surface Mount can be adjusted in the Linear IC in order to vary the temperature range over which Linear Regulator operates. The IC voltage regulator must be maintained at -40°C~125°C degrees for it to function. As you can see, this regulator's output function is configured to be Positive. At present, it can produce an output of up to 150mA. A dropout voltage of 10 volts is what makes it a dropout voltage. For your information, part number MIC5283 is the basic part number for this voltage regulator IC. As far as the regulator type, it is a FIXED POSITIVE SINGLE OUTPUT LDO REGULATOR type. The -- Series is a series of products made by D-Link. As a general rule, it is recommended that you use the IC voltage regulator when temperatures are below 125 °C degrees Celsius. At the lowest operating temperature that can be reached by the chip, it is -40 °C.
