MIC4930YFL-T5 Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are 10 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 10-VDFN Exposed Pad package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. -40°C~125°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches Up to 3.3MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2.7V as an input voltage. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.625V. DC DC switching regulator's 3A output current allows for maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 5.5V. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 3.3V as the nominal input voltage. In this case, the DC/DC regulator belongs to the family MIC4930. In order to use this voltage regulator 12v at its full potential, the output voltage should be kept at at least 625mV. On the basis of 5.5V's maximal output voltage, DC DC switching regulator can be operated easily. In this adjusting voltage regulator, the switching frequency 3300 kHz is the maximum that the adjusting voltage regulator can operate at. The maximum voltage of voltage regulator 12v DC DC switching regulator can produce is 5.5V, which is the highest available. In the top position of the switching voltage regulators, there is a maximum output current of 8 A Amps. Known as a switching DC-DC regulator, this voltage regulator belongs to the Hyper Speed Control® family. Switching regulators with O/P VOLTAGE IS FROM 0.7V features are highly efficient and stable.
