MIC384-1YMM Overview


In order to protect the sensors, they are packaged in a Tube. To protect analog sensors from damage, they are put into 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) packages. To make it work, the sensor can supply a nominal current of 350μA. A temperature of 125°C can be set for the analog sensors' maximum operating temperature. The operating temperature of this sensor should not be below -55°C. A minimum voltage of 2.7 V could be supplied by this electronic component. An analog sensor can supply a maximum voltage of 5.5 V.
