MIC384-0YMM Overview


The Tube package protects these analog sensors. To protect the devices from damage, the analog sensors are packaged in 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) packages. There are 8 pins on this sensor for proper operation. It is possible for the analog sensors to provide a current of 350 uA when they are working. The sensor can work with 350μA current nominally. An analog sensor can operate at a maximum temperature of 125°C. In order for this sensor to work, it must be operated at a temperature of -55°C or higher. In this case, the minimum voltage could be 2.7 V. It is possible to supply 5.5 V as the maximum voltage with these analog sensors.
