MIC2920A-3.3BSTR Overview


In a Tape & Reel (TR) case, the IC voltage regulator is delivered. A TO-261-4 case contains the Liner IC. In this electrical part, there are 1 regulators that are implemented. The current output of this IC regulator is 400mA. There is a 10 volt dropout voltage on this transistor. A 4-pin is present on the chip. When the temperature is below 125°C, you are advised to use the voltage regulator IC. The chip's operating temperature cannot be lowered below -40°C. A system basis, this IC regulator can output 3.3V volts.
