MIC23603YML-T5 Overview


A Cut Tape (CT) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. A SWITCHING REGULATOR analog IC is used in this voltage regulator 12v, which is the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 20-VFDFN Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~125°C TJ is essential when operating. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 4MHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 2.7V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.65V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 6A output current. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 5.5V. An input voltage of 3.6 V is required to meet the requirements of the switching regulator operation. As a member of the MIC23603 family of DC/DC regulators, this is a DC/DC regulator. The voltage DC DC switching regulator can provide is up to 3.6V volts. During switching regulator operation, 20 pins are used. Ideally this switch regulator should have an output voltage of about 650mV at the very least. A maximum output current of 6A A is provided to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. The maximal output voltage of 3.6V allows adjusting voltage regulator for simple operation. In order for this harley voltage regulator to function properly, it has a maximum switching frequency of 4000 kHz. DC DC switching regulator offers a maximum output voltage of 3.6V as its maximum output voltage. At its peak, this voltage regulator can output 6 A A. Known as a switching DC-DC regulator, this electronic voltage regulator 12v is part of the HyperLight Load® family. Operating at the high-limit maximum operating temperature 125°C makes the voltage regulator stable. To ensure reliability, the voltage regulator 12v operates at a minimum operating temperature of -40°C. An input voltage of 2.7V is the minimum voltage that it supports. At its maximum voltage, this DC-DC switching regulator is designed to sustain a 5.5V input voltage. Using 4 MHz as an adjusting voltage regulator's switching frequency could result in improved reliability. 6 A amps is the standard output current of DC DC switching regulator.
