MIC23303YML-TR Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. A SWITCHING REGULATOR analog IC is used in this voltage regulator 12v, which is the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 12-VFDFN Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~125°C TJ is essential when operating. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 4MHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 2.7V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.65V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 3A output current. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 5.5V. At its maximum voltage, this DC-DC switching regulator is designed to sustain a 5.5V input voltage. There is a maximum input voltage of 5.5 V that DC DC switching regulator can operate from. Switching regulators with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.9(V) are permitted. There are 12 pins on this voltage regulator. Using 4 MHz as an adjusting voltage regulator's switching frequency could result in improved reliability. 3 A amps is the standard output current of DC DC switching regulator.
