MIC23250-C4YMT-TR Overview


It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. A SWITCHING REGULATOR type of analog IC is equipped with this regulator voltage, which is the type of analog IC that is used in it. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 10-UFDFN, 10-TMLF® package to save space. The voltage regulator is configured with 2 outputs. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~125°C TJ temperature while operating. DC-DC switching regulators reach 4MHz switching frequencies. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. In this adjusting voltage regulator, the output voltage (Min/Fixed) equates to 1V 1.2V. Featuring a 400mA output current, dc to dc voltage regulator offers maximum design flexibility. There is a voltage regulator maximum input voltage of 5.5V. This voltage regulator's peak reflow temperature is so high as to make it virtually indestructible. For operation, voltage regulator provides a nominal input voltage of 3.6 V. There is a DC/DC regulator in this family that belongs to the MIC23250 family. To operate the voltage regulator 12v, 10 pins are required. The output voltage of this voltage regulator 12v should at least be set at 1.2V volts at all times. Accordingly, dc to dc voltage regulator's maximum output current is 400mA A. By using -- as the maximum output voltage, adjusting voltage regulator is easy to operate. There is a maximum frequency of switching for this adjusting voltage regulator, which is 4000 kHz. A 1 A A output current is the maximum output current that can be reached by the switching voltage regulators. As the name implies, this voltage regulator belongs to the HyperLight Load® family of voltage regulators, and it is a type of switching DC-DC regulator. Adding the ALSO OPERATES AT 1V; ALSO HAS PFM CONTROL TECHNIQUE feature improves this switching regulator's efficiency and stability. In order to ensure switching regulator's stable operation, the maximum operating temperature 125°C is set at a high level. For reliable operation, switching regulator operates at -40°C degrees Celsius. The dc to dc voltage regulator's input voltage must be at least 2.7V in order to work.
