This RF amplifier has a very low cost and is capable of WIDE BAND HIGH POWER RF/Microwave devices of any type.Cellular, CDMA2000, W-CDMA, PCS RF Amplifier type.High reliability is achieved by using advanced RF Amp' packagings Tape & Reel (TR).Since the RF power Amplifier is packed in 16-SOP (0.276, 7.00mm Width), shipping overseas is convenient.The way to mount Amplifiers RF is Surface Mount.There is 27V voltage limit on the Amplifiers RF.In order to operate it, 95mA is the supply RF Amplifiers' current.
