The RF amplifier is a cost-effective WIDE BAND LOW POWER RF/Microwave device.A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced RF Amp' packaging Strip.The RF power Amplifier ships overseas conveniently packed in 6-TSSOP, SC-88, SOT-363.In order to mount Amplifiers RF, it is recommended to follow the Surface Mount axis.Amplifiers RFs with 2.7V~3.6V voltage capabilities can be used.This RF Amplifier needs to operate at 200mA supply current in order to deliver its performance.6 pins are provided on the high power RF Amplifier.It has 1 total function(s).Running the RF power Amplifier at 85°C is ideal.
