An RF Amplifier with a cost-effective RF/Microwave device type of WIDE BAND LOW POWER.A RF type of ISM, PHS, PCS, WLL, SATCOM is provided by the RF amplifier.Using advanced packaging techniques Tape & Reel (TR), high reliability is ensured.The RF power Amplifier has been packed in 6-TSSOP, SC-88, SOT-363 for convenient overseas shipping.You should mount Amplifiers RF in the way of Surface Mount.2.7V~3.3V voltage is available from the Amplifiers RF.RF Amp has the following additional features: LOW NOISE, HIGH RELIABILITY1 functions are available in total for the RF Amplifier.There is a supply RF Amplifiers' current called 101mA that is used to operate it.A variety of functions can be performed on 6 terminations.
