MGA-72543-TR2G Overview
The RF amplifier is a cost-effective WIDE BAND LOW POWER RF/Microwave device.The RF amplifier has type CDMA, TDMA, PCS RF.A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced RF Amp' packaging Tape & Reel (TR).The RF power Amplifier ships overseas conveniently packed in SC-82A, SOT-343.In order to mount Amplifiers RF, it is recommended to follow the Surface Mount axis.Amplifiers RFs with 2.7V~4.2V voltage capabilities can be used.This RF Amplifier needs to operate at 60mA supply current in order to deliver its performance.4 pins are provided on the high power RF Amplifier.It has 1 total function(s).Running the RF power Amplifier at 150°C is ideal.
