This RF amplifier has a very low cost and is capable of WIDE BAND LOW POWER RF/Microwave devices of any type.WiMAX / WiBro RF Amplifier type.High reliability is achieved by using advanced RF Amp' packagings Tape & Reel (TR).Since the RF power Amplifier is packed in 6-XFDFN Exposed Pad, shipping overseas is convenient.The way to mount Amplifiers RF is Surface Mount.There is 4V voltage limit on the Amplifiers RF.Optimal performance can be achieved by operating the supply current in the 13mA range.With 6 pins, the high power RF Amplifier is designed.As a whole, there are 1 function(s) in the RF Amplifier.Different functions can be applied to 6 terminations.RF power Amplifier shouldrun at a temperature 150°C higher than 150°C.
