An RF amplifier with a cost-effective WIDE BAND MEDIUM POWER RF/Microwave device type.IEEE 802.11b/g, WLAN RF Type from the RF Amplifier.High reliability is provided by the advanced RF Amp' packaging Tape & Reel (TR).The RF power Amplifier is conveniently packaged in 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad, making it easy to ship internationally.mount Amplifiers RF in the direction of Surface Mount.3V~3.6V voltage can be supplied by the Amplifiers RF.The supply current must be operated at 40mA in order to deliver its performance.There are 8 pins on the high power RF Amplifier.In total, the RF Amplifier has 1 function (s).An array of 8 terminations.The temperature should not exceed 150°C degrees Celsius.
