RF Amplifier with cost-effective WIDE BAND MEDIUM POWER RF/Microwave Device Type.An RF amplifier with the 802.15/BLUETOOTH, ISM 802.11b/G/WiFi, Wireless LAN RF type.High reliability can be achieved by using the advanced RF Amp' packaging Bag.Due to its 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad packaging, it is convenient to ship overseas.Surface Mount is the recommended mount Amplifiers RF direction.In order to perform at its best, the supply current needs to be operated at 55mA.8 pins are present on the high power RF Amplifier.1 functions (s) are included in the RF Amplifier.There should be 150°C temperature above 150°C degrees Celsius when it runs.
