This RF amplifier has a very low cost and is capable of NARROW BAND MEDIUM POWER RF/Microwave devices of any type.WiMAX / WiBro RF Amplifier type.High reliability is achieved by using advanced RF Amp' packagings Strip.Since the RF power Amplifier is packed in 17-LCC, shipping overseas is convenient.The way to mount Amplifiers RF is Surface Mount.There is 3V~5V voltage limit on the Amplifiers RF.Optimal performance can be achieved by operating the supply current in the 13mA range.With 16 pins, the high power RF Amplifier is designed.As a whole, there are 1 function(s) in the RF Amplifier.Different functions can be applied to 16 terminations.RF power Amplifier shouldrun at a temperature 85°C higher than 85°C.
